Nope. I've not made caveats for one or the other.

Y’all cite 1A immediately in the case of the baker, while here y’all curse the business owner until pressed. Telling.

Restaurant owner can refuse service to whomever for whatever spurious reason.

What's telling is that there were circumstances the baker was willing to serve the gay couple, but no such considerations made for SHS. You're attempting to make an equivalence in a situation that's apples to oranges.

This isn't about 1A, which I support in both instances. It's about the inequitable circumstances. You know this, and are being purposefully disingenuous.

Not talking about rights under the law, talking about the general attitude on this board. Most claim to defend the constitution but it’s funny they only come running when their team is under the gun.

I suppose you'd have to point out the instances where people should have stood up for the constitution and didn't.

If you can't give an example of that you're just wasting keystrokes that would probably be better spent googling cosplay porn or whatever you're into.

It's just bizarre, the left has taken over as the enforcers of morality after decades of hating the right for doing just that

My how times have changed.

I ask again. Did I miss the part where Sarah asked them to set up a Trump themed dinner setting or perhaps cater a trump party? Maybe they left that part out of the story?

You will not receive an honest answer from him on this. That circumstance would make the two situations appropriately equitable, and that's at cross purposes with his goal itt

On completely different things? That's weird.

Wrong. Y’all have done nothing but bitch and whine here when in the case of the baker it’s a huge constitutional crisis.

Not really. The gay couple in Colorado turned their issue into a huge constitutional crisis...and then didn’t quite get what they wanted.

It’s over, lefties.

No, you're just suffering from selective reading comprehension. I don't think anyone here would say that the LGBTQ community wasn't free to engage in what ever personal campaign...boycott, social media campaign, what ever.

Just not attempt to use the government or courts. That's where it becomes unconstitutional

And here's the thing...unlike some posters here, you're smart enough and already know this. You're just choosing to be the idiot here for your own political purposes. Truth be told...you're smarter than this.

Oh I know I won't get an answer from him but I am enjoying highlighting just how dishonest he is

Just a complete piece of shite
