That’s bc the Saints do support sex offenders - almost all pro-teams do
Now the thing with the archdiocese basically has to do with PR and how to handle the release of names - the saints probably do have a record of covering up stuff from their own players and know how to release just enough info to do the least damage

Being that New Orleans is one of the top 10 ciries for murder, you would think that the Saints would concern themselves with making sure people dont get shot by a criminal and not be supporting one.
