If Trump wins, Ukraine will be forced to come to a peace agreement with Russia and that probably means giving up Eastern Ukraine. BlackRock is counting on trillions from the U.S. tax payer to rebuild Eastern Ukraine. But if Eastern Ukraine is lost to Russia as it currently is, there is nothing for BlackRock to rebuild with U.S. tax payer dollars.
