Those percentages don't seem right. If I know my Critical Race Theory, I know that any system which ends up in a disperate outcome from the national average MUST be due to racism...usually systemic in nature. As such, the NFL is systemically racist.

But wait...if a meritocracy is ok for the NFL and NBA, does that mean that they are ok across the board in all other industries? No...not if there are fewer minorities there than in the general public. See CRT. Must mean that meritocracies are only ok if minorities are disproportionately represented in the positive column.

It destroys his narrative if he accepted the reality that white people don’t “hate” blacks. The white people I know just want others to work, take care of their family/property, obey laws and generally be productive citizens.....regardless of color.
