I pray this happens. We need someone to negate Roberts if the election crap gets out of hand.

First, RIP. I disagree with her Constitutional interpretation far more often than I agree, but she was a great legal mind who did her job as she saw it.

Now, let’s replace her with a reliable Strict Constructionist.

Trump needs to nominate her replacement this weekend. We NEED that nominee confirmed before the election.

1). This will make it harder for Roberts to give the election to Biden.

2). Will this motivate the left more to vote?

3). Will this cause the left to do even wackier stuff?

No.

Yes, big time.

Think it helps both in galvanizing the bases. Both now get to put a court justice and the balance of the court into the election.

Unless cocaine Mitch rams it through LOL.

Curious how the never trumpers respond to this.

I get it if you don’t like trump. I don’t agree with you, but I get it.

The question now tho... do you prefer a Biden nominated justice or do you support trump and allow him to nominate a conservative justice?

BTW- I do find it comical that Fox News had the in memoriam newsreels ready to go within minutes of the news breaking.

She's probably been dead or on life support for some time. The closer the death is to November, the less likely the seat can be filled. Amazing that the killing of unborn children is that important to leftists.

We expected this, at this time, and it's going to be a fricking circus.

Let's get ready to rumble.

I can't fathom how wacky the next 42 days will be if he does. I want him to, but damn, it's going to get ugly.

She should have been off the court months ago but she let her ego and politics get in the way. Its a shame because Trump could have filed that position easily. Dying from cancer while still on the bench is a disgrace. She's known for months that she was terminal.

The GOP better band together a d ram a Trump nominee through prior to election or they're a bunch spineless traitors to the party.

We can not risk losing the election and the court. He must nominate and we must push through another nominee.
