And what will that four-eyed buffoon PM do? Nothing.

Nor should he, at least not until an investigation determines the actual facts. It seems the British Navy (what there is of it) was already involved, and that was likely a complicating factor.

Grok: What Happened

On Tuesday, June 16, 2026, around 11:40 a.m. local time, the Russian frigate Admiral Grigorovich (a Project 11356M-class ship from the Black Sea Fleet) fired warning shots (reportedly small arms) near a UK-registered civilian yacht in the English Channel, about 20 nautical miles south of the Isle of Wight (between the Isle of Wight and Normandy, outside UK territorial waters).

The yacht reportedly came close (accounts vary: ~150–500 yards / ~140–460 meters) to the Russian warship.

The Russian ship claims it tried radio warnings, flares, and signals first, but the yacht did not alter course (some reports mention foggy conditions).
Warning shots were fired to avoid a potential collision; no injuries or damage to the yacht were reported. The yacht continued on its way.

The UK Ministry of Defence (MoD) is investigating the reports from the yacht. The Royal Navy patrol vessel HMS Mersey (or similar) was already shadowing/monitoring the Grigorovich at the time, as is routine for Russian warships transiting the Channel. French authorities were also involved/alerted.

Russia's side (via defence ministry statements) frames it as standard procedure for a warship to warn off a vessel on a collision course, done "in strict accordance with international shipping regulations."

Seems that multiple warnings were given in international waters yet were ignored. I’m not in favor of happenings but if it was a American ship being approached by a yacht especially while at war with Iran and proxies and has a proxy somewhat in Ukraine war I’d know that warning shot may have been onboard instead of around
