Indicates to me that Biden's worried Russian action is likely, thus he would have to significantly confront Putin/Russia on the ignored warning.....and that's something I'm betting he (Biden) doesn't want to mess with. Hasn't the nerve.
I think you’re way overestimating any thought Biden has given this.

I think that if anyone goes to Mobile right now ....the BATTLESHIP USS Alabama is still at the dock, as is every other Battleship in the fleet.
Anyone watching the fraud at Arlington yesterday saw the entire sequence uninterrupted.
Biden marched out as the clown he is ...snaps a salute as taught....puts two hands on the wreath ...acts like he did something ....then steps back and holds his hands up "What's Next?" At least act the frikkin part instead of "I'm bored let's go home."
Wonder if Jill served him cookies from the batch she poisoned the National Guard with?
He is nothing in a suit ....spineless, mindless, clueless

I remember Obama and Joe drawing their red line in the sand in syria. Putin pissed all over it. History repeats itself

Funny how this shite didn’t happen for the last four years, huh?
Remember how Trumps foreign policy was so ironclad that they completely skipped over any questions about it during the debates?

The US isn’t going to go to war over Ukraine. We never were. So then why are we talking tough and trying to scare the Russians? Why did we foment a revolution there and why did we take this current government into publicly stating that it intended to take back the Crimea by force? Just so we could look stupid when push came to shove because we were never going to war over Ukraine?

Which is why this board's obsession with Taiwan and Ukraine is ridiculous. I don't give a frick what China or Russia do in these countries. Between Biden, Harris, & John Kerry, I'm not sure which is the last competent.
China and Russia will run over parts of the world over the next 4 years.

A few questions:
Why are U.S. ships trolling in the Black Sea to begin with?
Is the United States the only military power allowed to draw red-lines to determine it’s territorial dominion?
How would the U.S. military react if the Russian navy regularly conducted warship exercises in the Guif of Mexico?
Pat Buchanan: Putin & Red Lines....
.....In recent days, Russian tanks, artillery, armor, trucks and troops have been moving by road and rail ever closer to Ukraine, and Moscow is said to be repositioning its 56th Guards Air Assault Brigade in Crimea.
Military sources in Kyiv estimate there are now 85,000 Russian troops between six and 25 miles from Ukraine's northern and eastern borders.
“I have real concerns about Russia's actions on the borders of Ukraine. There are more Russian forces massed on those borders than at any time since 2014 when Russia first invaded," said Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Sunday's "Meet the Press." Blinken added this warning:
"President Biden's been very clear about this. If Russia acts recklessly, or aggressively, there will be costs, there will be consequences."
What "costs" and what "consequences" were left unstated.
Earlier, Biden personally assured President Volodymyr Zelensky of America's "unwavering support for Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity in the face of Russia's ongoing aggression in the Donbass and Crimea."
What does that mean?
When Putin was a young KGB officer, the Black Sea was a virtual Soviet lake, dominated in the west by Warsaw Pact members Bulgaria and Romania, and on the north and east by the USSR. Turkey occupied the south bank.
Today, three of the six countries that front on the Black Sea -- Bulgaria, Romania and Turkey -- are NATO members. Two of the others, Ukraine and Georgia, openly aspire to become members of NATO.
If Russia feels a sense of loss and forced isolation, who can blame them?
The transparency of the Russian military buildup suggests that it is more of a message to the U.S. and NATO than any preparation for an invasion.
Putin seems to be saying: Ukraine's admission to NATO or a stationing of U.S. or NATO forces in that country would cross a red line for Russia. And we will not rule out military action to prevent or counter it.
The record suggests that Putin is not bluffing.
We have been here twice before.
In 2008, when Georgia invaded South Ossetia, a province that had broken free of Georgia in the 1990s, Putin sent troops into South Ossetia, drove the Georgians out, and then invaded Georgia and occupied part of that country as an object lesson.
And though the U.S. had regarded Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili as a friend and Georgia as a potential NATO ally, George W. Bush did nothing.
Again, in 2014, when a U.S.-backed coup overthrew the elected and pro-Russian regime in Kyiv, Putin occupied and annexed Crimea and assisted pro-Russian rebels in the Donbass in breaking free of Kyiv's control.
In short, when it comes to Ukraine, Russia has demonstrated that it has its own red lines, which it will back up with military action.....

I hope Putin takes the whole damned country and lines up the trouble makers against the wall. It would serve the dual purpose of getting rid of a source of trouble and cutting off the money supply to corrupt US Democrats.

exactly. All these people praise trump for not getting us into another war (he deservest he praise) then turn around and get pissed Biden isnt trying to start WW3 over fricking Ukraine. Who gives a frick about Ukraine? Lativa, Belarus and all those others....again who gives a frick? Tell them to spend their own money building their military. We are broke and cant afford it.
and who gives a frick about Taiwan? Let Japan build up and protect Taiwan if they want. We need to be bringing our troops home from Korea and Japan, not posturing. If we want to stop Chinease influence, do so by destroying their trade.
Honestly I could give two fricks abotu almost all of Nato and would not vote to send troops to protect any of them except England and maybe the scandanavia countries.
We have so many problems in our own house and we have zero obligation to help anyone that has not upheld their portion of the treaties. Germany woudl be the perfect example.

You can say that. However, if Russia invades Ukraine and takes the country. Now they are one step closer to invading the next bordering country, then the next. Resources go to Russia. Russia can longer be sanctioned. Russia wins. Which to me sounds great
