I wasn't a US flight.
No fricking shite...
I'm asking why ANY commercial flights are in that area. The FAA made the call months ago not to fly the area, you would think the major airlines throughout the world would do the same thing.

Foreign operators are decidedly hit and miss when it comes to quality.
Something tells me that Malaysian Airlines takes a hit in business from people who can afford to fly ANY other airline.

Prayers for the families and friends of all involved. Absolutely horrible.

And for all of you complaining about cracks being made about Obama in regards to this. Twenty-three Americans killed and he does this.

very true. Although I've had no issues with Philippine Airlines when I've gone back to my mom's family.

The Poliboard is (in fact) infected with ODS. An unfortunate after effect of BDS.

He went to lunch.. the tweet from lunch was at 1:25. The tweet from the news was at 1:32.
I'm confused. What do you want him to do? Plus, I don't think a quick public statement should be issued until the details are more known.. right? lets not condemn Russia if it wasn't actually them. let's not give Russia a free pass if it was them. He will be given a report by his advisors once they know more. He does not need to be actively participating in the research.
But this is tragic and certainly unfortunate. RIP

Twenty three Americans were just murdered by separatists supported by one of our biggest military/political rivals. The man goes out for a photo op.
What kind of President does that?

quote:That paragraph in Russian which you posted has nothing to do with the shooting down of the airline. It's all about some checkpoints and getting equipment from somewhere into Donetsk. There's nothing there about "do not fly in our skies."
also if anyone can read this and double check the translation, feel free

But well all don't have to tweet where we eat.
Seriously, you're the POTUS and you are tweeting about a burger instead of important POTUS related affairs? Something's wrong there.

So I guess we no longer need to pay attention to the southern border debacle?
