If this is their first offer to Trump. They must realize Trump will respond with a counter. This is not a bad place to start negotiations.

-No NATO membership - ok
-No peacekeepers - would allow them for a few years until things settle down
-Ukraine denazified/demilitarized - ok on #1, allow defensive force for #2
-4 Donbass + Crimea - Would want some access to Sea of Azov (probably Kherson)

This is on Bush, Obama, Trump and Biden. All of them.

All of these clowns either ramped up military aid and/or meddled in the political affairs of Ukraine.

We - the USA - are not the “good guys” in this. Russia is no longer communist, atheistic nor a threat to our country as under USSR.

Only major superpower where Christianity is championed and spreading.

So like what the US does all the time? Our government has more liars than Russia has.

And some of these people in the comments actually think that is a good deal for Ukraine and Europeans the NATO countries that border Russiaai

Don't tell these people on here that.
They have Putin derangement syndrome.

Wrong. Trump is not to blame for Bush, Obama and Biden installing the CIA network in Ukraine. Trump couldn’t have gotten them out if he wanted to during his first term because of the backlash he would’ve gotten from the deepstate

They impeached him for what Biden was doing in Ukraine as VP

Peace through strength requires having some strength. Russia is winning the war, putting that demand in is a way to save face on rejecting peace after they have been saying they were open to peace negotiations

Ukraine will never (and should never) accept a deal where they have no military, any country that agrees to that is no longer a country

Little Z likely wouldn't agree to giving up Kherson anyways, but if Russia were to remove the demilitarization aspect Im sure the US could flex enough to get them to come to the table. I would bet most Ukrainian citizens would be in favor of giving up Kherson in exchange for a peace deal.

The demilitarized one seems problematic. Don't see Ukrainians going for that without NATO.

No problem. Nato agreed years ago to not add more states, then lied and did just that.

- No NATO "peacekeepers" in Ukraine

No problem, they can be the worthless blue hat UN peacekeepers.

- Ukraine is denazified/demilitarised

No problem with getting rid of the nazis (not sure how you do it though, but every nation has a right to defend itself with a military.

- 4 Donbass regions recognised as Russian territories plus Crimea

If it ends the war and keeps Ukraine from losing more land (and lives).

Demilitarization after they were attacked? I guess Putin fears his fist being bloodied by UKR’s nose? The rest are plausible, but this one is insane.

Seems pretty reasonable. I’d counter, giving Putin all that except a demilitarized Ukraine and go from there.

100% correct. Your 2 downvoters don’t know what they’re talking about.
