Right now there are only 2 options
Democrat party- Doesn’t respect minorities, ridiculous spending, govt is the only answer in everyone’s life, ridiculous agendas, have now become pro war, cater to the elites
Republican Party- spineless, also cater to the elites, spineless, and spineless as frick, also ridiculous spending
Trump- gave minorities the best 3 years they’ve had economically since no longer being fricking slaves, criminal justice reform, low unemployment for everyone, no war after quickly defeating ISIS, stabilization in northern Syria, wants to control our border, willing to negotiate with other parties, doesn’t care what the media thinks or even his own party. Great for businesses, tells it like it is. But, ridiculous spending, narcissistic, can’t get out of his own way.
I’d vote Trump
Eta: It would hurt the gop but frick them. There are more and more “Maga” type people getting into politics. It won’t be pretty but could pave the way for something better than the gop. We need a party with a spine

It'd be a blessing for the GOP if Trump is dumb enough to do this. With MAGA taking the nutbslls, it removes a liability from the GOP and gives them the path to move towards the center which has been largely abandoned by both parties.

A Trump 3rd party wouldn’t fix the rigging. Only electing maga supporters within the GOP at local and state levels to change and control elections will do this. (Or starting a civil war, good luck organizing enough people quietly to have a shot at that. By the time you get a few thousand on board, if that, the Feds catch wind and you’re finished before you even get close to the numbers necessary to have a shot) Splitting the party means Democrats get full control. They won’t even need to cheat it’ll be so easy

Certainly anything’s possible, but that’s definitely not the Occam’s view of it. Not that that view is for everyone nor irrefutably right, it just is for me. I believe the much more reasonable explanation and approach by Trump is to start working on a ground up renovation at the Republican Party, which is the only actual realistic way to do it “by the rules.” And I think that’s what he’s doing.
