There is a lot of fraud in these H1B visa…….
But the failure in the USA is education..Dropping requirements down to the lowest common denominator to accommodate DEI has made every child less well educated. So called “higher education” in universities is just indoctrination into the mind set that has destroyed France. Over time the SAT has been dumbed down. HS grads can’t read or multiply. The fact is both educational level and IQ in the USA has decreased. This is why there are more H1B visas.

Education level has nothing to do with iq
The iq has fallen because we let in foreigners

There’s definitely some brainiacs that come here for school and we should incentivize them to stay when they complete their studies.
The problem is that universities are accepting foreign students to graduate programs before accepting American students. That is unless an advanced degree in gender studies and similar which foreigners don't seem to try for.

And thanks to retarded (and unconstitutional) birthright citizenship, they can spawn as many anchors as they want while here.

If Punjabi’s are so IT talented, why doesn’t India have a space program?

I bet most of y’all don’t even know what an H1b visa is or what it takes to issue one or the requirements needed to obtain one
Look into it
Look into it

Replacement theory is 100% a thing. I walked into the BP offices the other day to meet a friend for lunch. 90% of the people I passed in the lobby who were outside smoking or chatting it up with their pals were Indian. One Hispanic and one white face out of the whole group. That isn't by accident. Our very own large US based companies are hiring people not from here.
A client who makes drilling fluids products sold under Halliburton, SLB and other names has issues with replacement theory. He specifically pointed out Halliburton as have all Indian management who only want products made by Indian companies. The told him they needed to perform a QA/QC audit using an Indian company to come to his plants, review files as well as his chemical processes in actual operation. The European, Chinese and Indian companies have tried for decades to meet the same specs his company can meet. They've even tried lowering API standards at sub chapter meetings.
Having this audit group doing a thorough review is only so the Indians can reveal to their Indian podnas how to do the same thing and meet the same specs.

Did anyone expect that neo-con to say anything different?
After reading this board for the last 2 years, yes, there are posters here that think he is very much Presidential material, mainly because he can read a prepared speech like no other in the Trump cabinet right now.
Little do they know he was firmly in the Gang of 8 and wanted amnesty for illegals and foreign wars. 2 things that MAGA was supposed to be 100% against.

Declining birth rate, smaller job market (AI), and less immigration. Less jobs and less people to work. According to economists, a lot less people than jobs is the future trend. How do you solve that if technology and AI is only 50% of the solution?
Posted on 10/21/26 at 7:04 am to VooDude
I think the oil and gas industry needs more H1B talent. Even cooks on rigs make $150k easily, a job that an H1B can do just as well for $50k with free room and board.
Now imagine the savings with a rough neck or drilling engineer. Same skillset, but H1Bs work harder and are more talented.
This is insanely stupid on so many levels

I think you are fos.
You have no idea. I live in DFW and they are everywhere. Indian markets and restaurants, Tesla drivers who have no idea how to drive with “student driver” stickers on the back of their car, whole huge neighborhoods that are almost exclusively Indian.
Don’t believe the demographic changes regarding school? Look up Frisco TX ISD demographics, majority Asian (ie Indian), minority white. Frisco is a huge city that was not like this when I moved there.

Yeah this is my top issue, and Rubio just stepped on his prick on this one. Straight up insulting one group on your side to defend another that isn't, is not a good strategy.
Frick this dumbarse mentality. Ride it all you want Marco, but I'm not joining you or anyone else that doesn't see the destruction of our culture via legal and illegal immigration scams and fraud.
If the Republicans aren't going to fix this problem, then frick off.

The internet was not ubiquitous in India until the last 10-15 years. Muh ingenuity.
