He very well may have been, but if she was underage at the time it doesn't matter how much of a gentleman he was.
Does Rose understand that the US does not have the power to arrest a member of the British Royal family? I'd question if the British police force has the power to arrest him without the Queen granting exceptions.

Id be shocked beyond belief if either were having sex with literal children, I dont think either one is that debased, but a mature looking 17 year old? I mean yeah, Id look at that headline and shake my head in disgust but thats about it, it completely fits their very long and very well established history.

What I am shocked about is why someone's parents or relatives haven't gone after them. You find out Epstein had your daughter or niece or something on that island and some heads are going to go splat.
