For one, there isnt one national ballot, every jurisdiction prints up their own, so to fake that on a national scale a foreign country would have to perfectly copy thousands and thousands of different forms and then deliver them to that district.
They would somehow have to get the voter rolls and mail them to voters, and somehow double the amount of ballots being mailed, in every district in America, without anyone from the USPS ever noticing, or every city in America wondering why they were mailed two ballets.
And even if they did, it still wouldnt matter. Theyre are several layers of security built it, mainly bar codes so both sides can track the ballet, a district is gonna instantly know if they have a flood of ballets they never printed.
But even if all that fails, so what, the foreign interference premise is built on everyone receiving a fake ballet all voting for the same person.

Absentee and mail-in are the same thing, with the same ballots, same security, and same process. Only difference is one has to be requested and the other is mailed out to registered voters automatically. That's how Washington, Colorado, Hawaii, Oregon, and Utah all vote, in every election, its never been an issue.

I too was disgusted when Obama started talking about civil rights and politics at the funeral for the civil rights politician. It was completely uncalled for to mention the thing Lewis devoted his life too, he should be arrested.

Our elections are run on easily hackable software and you people think someone is gonna be driving semis filled with millions of ballets cross country. How did you get to be this ridiculous?
Utah already runs all of their elections exclusively with mail-in ballots by the way. So does Washington, Oregon, Hawaii, and Colorado. Its been fine. The fraud youre all so sure of never happens.

So in Illinois for instance the state sends out ballots to all registered voters. That is a situation ripe for corruption.
if theres gonna be fraud on a large scale it'll be in some software somewhere, thats immensely easier, trying to fake millions and millions of mail-in ballots would be a disaster. its like robbing a bank, what makes more sense, trying to steal and move and hide a pallet stacked with cash, or just hacking the bank and moving some code around. This whole thing is idiotic.
