First off, they’re not “high heel boots” you idiot. That’s a cowboy heel boot. The low heel boots are a roper heel, which I don’t particularly like.

I don't know what you've seen or heard, I own land in Okeechobee area, Lake Placid, Oviedo, I don't see anyone wear high heel boots, ffs. It's very rare.
Reason it's not that popular is cause you'll sweat your tits off in them. And it just looks odd, not to mention you probably can't walk comfortably in them.
