Difference is Trump is 76. He was relatively lean throughout his middle age.
Ron is 44, he is short, and he's doing all he can to cover it up by playing a cowboy with those 3'' boots. It's silly.

I just don't get calling someone a meatball when you are way fatter. I realize Trump is elderly but he is way too fat to call others fat. Calling Rubio Little Marco made more sense to me as it didn't mirror Trump's own physical issues.
