You have this backwards, my friend.

What the hell does this mean?

Agree completely from both a moral and God-fearing basis; however, the unlimited access to abortion (which is where they want to head) is sub-human. As with the Mississippi bill, even people who deny a fetus is a baby, cannot morally or logically deny a heart beat, but they try.

At conception, you've simply created a zygote. This is only "life" in the same way any other cell in your body would be life.

a person drove to California and got one where it is legal, could that person be prosecuted when they returned to the state of Louisiana?

How is this different from the nonsense that is Roe v. Wade?
The death cult will survive, I'm sure. Abortion was legal in many places when Roe v. Wade was handed down. I'm sure the left coast and the Northeast will continue to perform abortions on an industrial scale.

Agreed. People like the OP are more concerned about perception than babies dying.

Going much beyond that isn't something I'm terribly comfortable with.

The histrionics of the racist eugenicists on this subject are delicious to behold. OH NOES! NOT MUH BABY MURDERS!

Expect a non-stop, full court press by the MSM of fear and intimidation; they'll be outlining how denying them the right to tear apart and destroy an unborn infant's beating heart is a threat to "democracy."

Then practice safe sex or abstain until marriage, you know, as God intended.
The sex wasn't "unwanted" in 99% of cases, but yet the known consequence of having sex is "unwanted"?
Make better decisions.

I haven't followed this, how does it end RvW? This is about no abortion after 3 plus months. It doesn't ban it outright.

Why stop at the womb, then? Why not think outside "the box" , so to speak?

I'm good with dropping it to single digit weeks pregnant.
How magnanimous of you.

So, you're okay with killing some kids, but not others? Interesting.

There are plenty of people who voted for Trump and typically vote Republican that are pro-choice. Most libertarian voters are pro-choice, but overwhelming voted for Trump over Biden.
Those “pro-choice” people are the ones who don’t care deeply about the issue of life. They look at everything through a ledger.
Trump was by far the most pro-life president this country has had. Whatever his position on abortion may have been before he was president he was 100% prolife as president.

At a minimum, people who want kids need to at least go through the same level of screening it takes to adopt a dog from a shelter.
But, that being said, murder should never be an alternative for avoiding responsibility.

MURDER is never an acceptable replacement for personal responsibility and has no place in a civilized society.

Same guys who love to say money printer go brrrrr will somehow overlook that on this issue
Murder is also not a budgetary tool. If you condone abortion to save money in taxes, then forced sterilizations, and post-birth abortions should also be acceptable to you.
