Expect decision in March of April. Maybe Friday before Easter if they want to be cute. (For you lawyers, Roberts attempt to save stare decisis didn’t work. This Court will create new law at will, and likely the most political in history. This obviously leads to instability in markets, and overall. If Roberts can reel this in, its gonna be a bumpy ride. Listen to the transcript before you disagree)

I also have great concerns over viability of my political party, GOP, as well as our legal system.

Why would a repeal of federal legalization of abortion affect the markets?

Overturn of Roe would just turn abortion over to the states per Kavabaw

That is the way it should be, voted on by the people at the state level.

God help anyone who could pull the lever for abortion

Shannon Bream who knows a lot more about the SC than you do, says to expect a decision in June.

Roberts and Kavanaugh will contort themselves into a legal pretzel to do the deep state’s bidding and preserve abortions up to the moment of birth. Roberts has been compromised from the beginning.

I had cookies and milk earlier but I’ve since put them away and brushed my teeth.

There are plenty of people who voted for Trump and typically vote Republican that are pro-choice. Most libertarian voters are pro-choice, but overwhelming voted for Trump over Biden.

There's a 0% chance this decision comes out before June. Expect it to come the last week of decisions like every other major landmark case.

For us simple rubes here on TD, some clarification might help your argument.

Agreed. But they aren’t the ones who will be skyscreamers over this because it simply becomes a state and not federal issue.

I think a black congresswoman called for revolution if it’s overturned.
