It’s ok, there won’t be a Republican Party in about 20 years.
You’re right. The GOP is on its last legs. It’ll be replaced by a right wing populist party.

I also believe in the SCOTUS properly ruling, based on the Constitution.
No Federal Law outlawing abortion means any Federal ruling is null and void. Correctly ruled.
This is where it should have always been to begin with. For each State to decide.

Of note, Louisiana and South Dakota are the only two states in the nation who have trigger laws which declare SCOTUS rulings immediately. As in, abortion is illegal in these two states the moment the ruling was made.

I doubt there are many that believe this more than I do but how is abortion a personal liberty? Personal liberty begins and end with yourself. Abortion is violating another humans right to life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness.

Will depend on each states laws or legislature. I believe abortion is now prohibited here is arkansas as of this ac ruling with exception to medical determination of a health treat to the mother. But would need to look and confirm. Blue states will now declare themselves abortion safe spaces.

Watch how the racism of the left is revealed as they unknowingly talk about all the minority kids that will exist now and how bad that will be. I have already seen 2 posts on here by pro choice people bemoaning this fact (As if rich white women don't have abortions)

Imagine the amount of lives saved by this. In 20 years there will be a large cities worth of young adults that never would have been born otherwise. This is wonderful.

Trivia - name the only person in any branch of federal government who was around for the original ruling of Roe vs. Wade?

Which will be a fun minority party.
I honestly Respect the fact that y’all don’t care about the fact that this will turn the south blue in 1 generation. Definitely a principles thing.

Roberts sided with the majority... though his concurring opinion was not exactly friendly with the majority
but it was 6-3 along ideological lines
all GOP-nominated justices in the majority... all DEM-nominated justices in the minority

Are there any states that are actually 100% banning abortion
Oklahoma just passed such a bill. And several other states have trigger laws which will put back pre-Roe laws.
