RNC officials reported almost $14 million in fundraising in June, compared to just $8 million raised by Democrats during that time. The party remains far ahead of the DNC in to-date fundraising totals for this cycle, enjoying a lead of almost $100 million in total funds raised, according to The Washington Post.

Democrats ended June with just $9 million cash on hand and $6.3 million in debt, according to the Post.

Democratic candidates for Congress are outraising Republican candidates for Congress.

I am a cheerleader for the facts. And I don't mean the made-up "facts" of our current POTUS.

I am also a liberal on most issues that are important to me.

Both you AND the OP are factual in this regard

dem house campaign bringing in more money.

Your post is both factual and balanced giving an idea of what the truth is.

the OP leaves out where Dems have done well fundraising giving the misguided idea that Dems are broke or lacking in funds to back their candidates.

Like most Dems, I will not give a dime to the DNC which I have little use for. But my wife and I have given some donations to five US Senate candidates three of whom are incumbents.

I cannot make a good argument which fundraising method is the most effective. It is what it is.

Yes, the midterms will be great drama I think. I believe several US Senate seats (NV, ND, MO, FL) will be very close. If Dems can get their incumbents reelected (big IF), control of the Senate will come down to Nevada and Arizona late that night.

I think the Dems will take the House but not the Senate.

That’s extremely sad and pathetic that you would donate to candidates that have no bearing on your own state. Not to mention you think those 5 individuals are worth a single frick in DC.
Without even discussing a single policy you support or your ideology I can tell you tow the party line and strictly vote base off D, blue, donkey..you’re what’s wrong with the majority of this country.

How could you possibly support the Dem/Socialist/Communist/Leftist party whose every move is designed to weaken America?

I cannot comprehend the mind set of anyone that could possibly believe the insanity coming out of the Democratic party.

Republicans will keep both. Republicans will gain 4 and maybe even five seats in the Senate. And hold the House by 8-10. In the end , Republicans will be energized as well. And the “ opposite party mid term “ assertion really falls apart when you look at recent elections and realize the numbers are horribly skewed by two wave elections (94 and 10 ). This is not a wave environment because of our economic fundamentals and other factors.

Any Ruasian redheads around. Knuck knuck. Seriously though it's probably because all those rednecks that used to go to church now tithe all their money to Donald Trump

Claiming to be liberal on issues =/= being a true blue democrat. My liberal beliefs: DGAF if gays marry or adopt, weed should be fully legalized, support abortion in some cases (I love the outrage on here about abortion Bc I know damn good and well if that person didn’t have the abortion then you would bitch about welfare benefits), I don’t support capital punishment (child sex crimes excluded), and support stem cell (Any stem cells) research. Wait, here’s the kicker, I’m MAGA to the core and don’t give a flying frick what other people think about personal beliefs.

ETA: there are way bigger hills to die on than any of what I posted and will choose to worry about those things.

You also support Maxine waters being the head of the financial services committee.

That is a fact you “cheerleaders for truth” never want to talk about. Between now and November I am going to look up the array of absolute nut jobs who will chair committees if the democrats take the house

And your “fact” about democrats raising more money says nothing about the distribution of it - why is that?
