I initially guessed that. He was giving aid to the rioters and was shooting the shite with them. Kid just didn't want everything to burn down. It's a shame Rosenbaum treated him as his mortal enemy...just for using a fire extinguisher.

As another poster noted, Rosenbaum was likely still suicidal. Having a crazy, suicidal pedophile loose in a needless riot was really what caused all of this.
That being said, it's kind of sad to hear Kyle say this...I know he's just a kid, though, being thrown into the spotlight.

Its a slippery slope, because you can end up with theft rings and unstoppable shoplifting if CJ reform goes too far.
