They may have been nitpicking some of the down the lesser charges, as it was a lot to go through. That said, as much shite as we gave the jury foreman and the judge allowing taking the jury instructions home; it was probably digging in to those instructions last night where they found that they needed to acquit on all charges.

I am elated that justice was done. My biggest fear was that the left would screw with the jury some how and attempt to destroy Kyle. The left wanted so bad to make an example of him.

Think Barnes joins the Rekieta stream today? How butthurt do you think he is that Kyle ended up being acquitted on all charges without taking his advice? I know he's happy that Rittenhouse is innocent but at the same time you know he's seething it wasn't a hung jury.

He's got some crow to eat about that. He was practically doing a facial reconstruction on juror #54 based on handwriting... and how this was such a disaster for the defense.

I hate to tell yall, but much like 95% of the prognostications on this board on this case, this isn't going to happen. They're beat down and usually when you're beat down you don't just hop back up and start attacking everyone.
Everyone needs to take a vacation from predictions for a week or so.
