The only plea deal I see his side taking is the minor in possession of a weapon charge with time served.

Except for that pesky little fact ... they are charging him as an adult. So much for Minor in possession. Kinda hard to be a minor as an adult.

Just think, if the mayor and governor had acted decisively to keep society from completely breaking down in Kenosha, there wouldn’t have been multiple days of looting, rioting and property destruction culminating in the death of two people.

The thing he is most guilty of is poor decision-making. Should not have been walking around in that charged atmosphere with an AR.

I wish some adult around him would have told him to go home or at least unsling arms. Too fricking young to be playing big boy games.

He is neither military trained nor does he possess military discipline.

This is ripe for some kind of plea.

It'll be going to trial, and he's gonna walk on at least 5 of the 6

Overcharge in an attempt to get a plea... No fricking way they get 12 people to convict on 5 of the 6 charges.

Will be easy as shite for a half decent attorney to find 1-2 NRA supporting jurors.

I think charge 5 is 50/50 and charge 6 is 95/5.

He’ll get off on all others and hope he has a great life

Not guilty on first five.

Guilty on charge six.

I was thinking 2, 5, and 6.

The random shooting into the air, not the use of the weapon in self defense.

If you're charging him as an adult, the under 18 years of age charge is questionable.

Yeah but that doesn't fit the narrative. Same with the idiots saying "tHat KiD waSnT sUpPoSeD tO haVe a GuN" yet ignore the fact stumpy was a convicted felon and was not supposed to have a gun either.

Maybe if he followed gun laws the leftist filth push for so badly, he would be able to use his right dick beater.

because of that poor decision making, 2 people are now dead

Though I agree, murder is pretty iffy and can be defended, but manslaughter charges would be 99%

Maybe Jacob Blake wasn't supposed to be where he was to have the cops called on him in the first place. Imagine that!
