Right Wing: The Real Virtue Signalers

I constantly read on this board all of the vitriol for social justice Warriors and I agree that they are annoying but the real virtue signalers are and have always been the right wing.

Typically speaking, over the years, church-going and God-fearing folks tend to lean conservative. Many of them believing in an angry and vengeful God so they adhere to strict principles, knowing that it's a lot less fun.

Many of them think of themselves as better and have used this ideology as motivation to do horrible and heinous things. Wanting the war in Iraq and backing everything George W bush did was an evengelical certainty.

As religion has begun to fade in this country the replacement ideology, for right-wing virtue signaling, has become success monetarily and how it proves they've done a better job as a human. Oddly enough, many of them are either lower middle-class or impoverished. Nevertheless, their desire to be a Dick Cheney or Donald Trump has led them to backing Hardline stances even if it doesn't help them in any way in living vicariously through the supposed success of Donald J Trump.

This blind-spot for conflict of interest and voting against their own welfare has created some harsh realities such as private prisons and deregulated industry. Supporting all of these things to live vicariously through whatever disingenuous snake oil salesman convinced them it was bad has bolstered the idea that it is okay to do whatever you want if you were Superior and it is okay to lock up as many people and point the finger at them.

I guess my question is, does anybody here agree with any of this? Would you care to have a conversation about it?


I didn't even mention the fact that I read on this message board that white people have much higher IQs than black or Latin American people. That would be too easy of a slam dunk way to prove the theory that they always want to be better than you
