Correct, but by saying it has NOTHING to do with Joe Biden and everything to do with candidates is not choosing words properly. Joe Biden likely has been helping create bad policies and engaging in graft and corruption since before this dude's mom was conceived.

My old high school football coach always told us that “some people can’t handle success”. Oliver stepped into partisan quicksand and he’s trying to walk the fence. That is considered cowardice by both sides. Poor guy should grab some bucks if he still can and head to the hills. He should write another song slamming the Fascist Left and the Profiteering Right if he wants to remain viable with the country folks of the which he is one of. Otherwise, he’ll be back in the Shrink’s office.

I’ve never considered that.
There are certainly some cultural differences between ordinary people, and your average Washington type, but people in Washington aren’t any smarter than ordinary people. I think that’s why they hate ordinary people so much. It’s insecurity. It’s also easier to screw ordinary people over if you can talk yourself into believing that they are “trash.”

Looks like he came out and explained his position in detail on Facebook. Like most thought, the song is against all politicians in DC not just one party. In the end they are all owned and do nothing for the working man.
