As much as I was hoping the USA would pull out of NATO, we need to have some say in what happens over there before Europe half-asses everything and fricks it up.

It is certainly part of our strategy and that’s partly why I think Putin will slow play any cease fire and when it does happen it will come at great cost on the resources front. We can sign whatever agreement we want with Ukraine but if they cannot hold the territory it’s ultimately meaningless.
Another thing to consider is if Russia is able to take more Ukrainian land what that means for grain exports to China and how that lessens our current leverage. There is a lot at play here that will shape the world that future generations grow up in.
