Retribution for Dobbs will manifest in a blue state going too far, such as infanticide

Something like the Attempted law in Va.

A woman will get the right to “choose” after birth. That’s my prediction, I know these angry fuqs like every glorious square inch of my naked body. Miss you Rush

It will.

And those cases will have to be fought.

Soon. Their logic will be "an external fetus relies solely on its mother/father to take care of it.. and therefore has no rights and it isn't human. The mother should reserve the right to abort the external fetus up to around 7 or 8 years of age"

Perceived subsequent evil at a higher level as a possible outcome is not an excuse for letting evil reign.

Possibly but being adopting is a choice then mother’s cannot expect . Of counting believe no mother would choose to do a fetus either but obviously I don’t know any evil women personally

CNSNews.com) -- In an interview on WTOP’s “Ask the Governor” on Wednesday, Virginia Governor Ralph Northam, a Democrat, explained how a post-birth abortion would proceed.

NBC Washington’s Julie Carey asked Northam whether he supported a bill proposed by Virginia Delegate Kathy Tran (D), which would allow abortions--up to the moment of birth.

In response, Northam said that a baby born alive could be “kept comfortable” and then “resuscitated if that’s what the mother and the family desired” – the implication being that the baby could be left to die if the family decided they did not want to keep their child.

“In this particular example, if a mother is in labor, I can tell you exactly what would happen,” Northam said. “The infant would be delivered. The infant would be kept comfortable. The infant would be resuscitated if that’s what the mother and the family desired, and then a discussion would ensue between the physicians and the mother.”

That's already being discussed if a baby is born and then is discovered to have an "abnormality".

One of our church's associate pastors has two teenage daughters, both of whom have an extremely rare genetic disorder which has severely limited their development to that of a toddler. I don't think it's coincidence that he was scheduled to give the sermon on the weekend after Dobbs was released (such scheduling is done weeks in advance), given how some would have pushed for them to be left to die.
