No, I'm just pointing out that Democrats are lying, traitorous pieces of dog shite and that Laws don't matter when they are on a Jihad.
Bills are only as good as the people who enforce them and adhere to them after they become Law.
Democrats are garbage humans, they won't adhere to the wording of this Law, they will twist it.
Remember, Democrats find Abortion Rights wordings in fortune cookies...
So yes, you don't think anything specific is wrong with this bill your just mad democrats exist and don't agree with you.
Also you may want to look into separation of powers. As the people writing the laws don't enforce them those are separate functions of government.

Ah, the irony of "respecting" marriage by defiling it.
Straight people have been destroying the institution of marriage since the 60’s. Divorce rates are sky high among baby boomers (especially boomer marriages with children) and they just keep getting remarried and divorced again.
Hilariously, millennials, the demographic that doesn’t care if gay people can get married, have a much lower rate of divorce. Seems like they respect the “for better or worse, in sickness and in health for as long as you both shall live” part far more than the boomer generation.

I hope you’re wrong too as I really don’t support any religious rights being trampled on here. Hopefully people don’t try to abuse what is, on its face, a good bill.
Well, prepare to be disappointed.
Even assuming Dems/Left actually adhere to the stated purpose of legislation, there's NOTHING in this bill to protect individual rights/religious freedom.
There is a legal maxim that if a legislature does not put something in a law, it is presumed they did not intend for that something to be subject to (or protected under) that law.
Expect that argument in every BAKE THE frickING CAKE lawsuit going forward.
And anyone that says otherwise is either hopelessly naive, willfully ignorant or an outright fricking liar.

You just described all the people white-knighting in this thread, good job.

You and your fellow Democrats think THIS thing is a woman:
How are we to trust your judgement or take your word on any serious matter?

Another example of lefties just naming something whatever the frick they want to name it so it sounds good to the idiots. frick what it really is, just name it something good and vilify conservatives for being against it and/or whatever shite that’s hidden in it.

You miss the point that the majority of the party voted against it, yet some predictable R’s crossed the aisle. The left wins because they don’t do that typically.

Respect for Marriage Act passes Good. Why was this even necessary? Didn't the Court rule in favor of marriage 10 years ago?
Irony

In 2023, there is no longer a need for hidden language.
Democrats and their Slaves in the Judiciary will simply make the language they need appear out of thin air.
The TITLE of the Bill is the only thing that matters.

until the democrats are in charge of all three, then, it's just (d)ifferent.

Correct. And it creates a specific pathway to sue others around the topic of homosexual marriage. Lawyers rejoice.

But remember, Mickey and the Leftists/RINO's are telling you to TRUST the Politicians and Lawyers who say they would NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use this Bill as cover to violate the religious freedom of Christians.

Cool, while you're here, please answer a question you've been avoiding like the plague:
What are YOUR top 3 go-to, unimpeachable, unbiased sources for information and fact-checking.
You seem to love to disparage Conservative news stories based on the source, so please give us YOUR Top 3.
And no, "Google" or "AP" aren't answers.
List 3 specific News sources .

Supporting gay marriage and supporting the “Respect for Gay Marriage” bill are two discrete things.
Posted on 12/9/22 at 8:53 am to Mickey Goldmill
Why do gays always have to get their way? Why are we told that we must always have sympathy for them? The interracial marriage issue was paired with the gay marriage issue in this bill in order to make it pass more easily. Interracial marriage and gay marriage are two completely different situations.

But both were banned by small-minded, bigoted people, who were unwilling to let others live their lives as they chose.

I’m this sentence, “bigot” means “people who disagree with me.”
