UNREAL. The Mass General Brigham Hospital system will no longer report babies who are born with d*rugs in their system to child welfare because it "disproportionately affects Black people."
Reporting child neglect is now racist.

White, black it’s a big problem. Mothers rather drugs and give their kids to the state verses being mothers. No fathers. It’s really sad. Just on a local level happens every day.

My genuine question is how can approx 95% always vote for a party that CLEARLY wants them harming themselves

It's like they can't see how "(negative event/aspect/trait/situation) disproportionately affects black people" is a tacit admission of the problem.

Are black mothers racist for disproportionately putting drugs into their black baby's system? I'd just like to know where the buck stops on this "disproportionate / racist" thing.

Because they have easily been manipulated that those that are actively trying to make them victims of drugs, rape, murder, poverty are on their side, and that the other guys, that are trying to encourage self motivation and self determination are the real baddies.
