Data caps have nothing to do with NN. They are in place to force people away from streaming and back on to cable tv.

This is the level of understand we're dealing with on this board. Data caps have zilch to do with NN.
Data caps just prove that ISPs can/will control your content to the best of their ability. Comcast and Verizon throttled Netflix speeds in 2014 until Netflix paid the piper to get back to normal speeds. This shite will be rampant, and the consumer loses in the end.
