I can hardly wait to hear where she plans to get the money to cover the COLA for Social Security. They may have to revise their plan to tax the wealthy 70% to tax them 90%.

15/20/30 an hour isn’t gonna make a 5000 dollar apartment affordable.

Cigs/dip/avocados should be left to those making better than minimum wage

My question is when are they going to start throwing around maximum wages....

You know that’s their endgame, no more privilege.

It's hilarious because people that make the claim taxpayers are subsidising Wal Mart have it completely backwards. I'd they are paying low skill workers more than they're worth Wal Mart is subsidizing the government.

I already pay $5.25 where I live. It jumped from $3 to $5.25 overnight. Ridiculous.

Why not insist on a $1 million universal basic income for those unwilling to work?

Freak it - just give every US CITIZEN $4,000/mo and deport all the 30M illegals. Should be a wash on the budget.

Are people currently making $40k a year going to get a proportional raise?

No one deserves 40K a year to be a cashier.

If I was in Congress I would go Ridiculous just to prove how absurd this is. I would put forth a bill demanding $100 per hour minimum wage. At some point even these wacko leftists would have to say wait… That is too much. When they do they would need to explain why.

Seems to me the minimum wage should be whatever Democratic candidates for President are willing to pay their hourly campaign workers.
