Thinking for yourself = Beta

I agree with Rand Paul on almost every vote he takes.

In the end, it doesn’t matter how good a guy is at budgeting and keeping track of what is in the checking account if he’s willing to leave the front door unlocked so the home invaders have an easier time getting in.

All decent arguments in favor of building a Wall. None remotely relevant to whether there exists an "emergency" for purposes for the NEA.
The problem with your theory is what most presidents have uses it for haven't even been about the US.

At least Trumps use in this case had to do with the US itself.

You seem to have missed the 873 posts in which I have asserted that 90% of the Emergency Declarations under the NEA (from presidents of BOTH parties) did NOT constitute actual emergencies and SHOULD NOT have been issued.

That failure leaves me wondering "Exactly what 'point' is this individual trying to make?"

Did Congress appropriate all that cash/gold that Obama snuck to the Mullahs?
Well, those were not US government funds, but Obama certainly did not ask Congress' permission to surrender them. Pragmatically, he should have done so.

Presidential nominees campaign on LOTS of issues and promises. If those promises require an expenditure of funds, they STILL require Congressional approval. It is that silly "separation of powers" thing that the Founders dropped into the Constitution on a whim.

How about a transfer of funds? That good, or nah?

Are you asking me to argue in favor of the Iran deal? I cannot do that. It was a stupid deal, and Obama should not have acted absent Congressional approval.

Apparently you are one of the numerous idiots who assumes that anyone who opposes Trump on ANY issue is definitionally an Obama supporter.

frick Rand Paul. He just masterfully uses his “principles” to justify voting with the left.

Another RINO cuck. He just masquerades as a libertarian

A fricking joke

Then I have absolutely no clue what you are talking about.

I am not. I was trying to respond to a question that you asked, but which was a bit difficult to interpret.

Trump ran on building a wall that Mexico was going to pay for. And repealing and replacing Obamacare. And draining the swamp.

That's why he'll never be anything more than the junior senator from Kentucky
