Well that depends. “Stopping someone” without reasonable articulable suspicion of criminal activity is a clearly established violation of the 4th amendment. But I guess it’s all good since it’s not a “huge” civil rights violation according to 808bass.
Nowhere in my post did I endorse stopping people without an articulable suspicion of a violation of criminal law.
I’m pointing out Tx Tiger’s dishonest presentation of “detained.” I welcome your dishonest presentation of detained as well.

There is no juvenile power game. We elected Trump to kick illegal aliens out of our country, and that is what he is doing. Now go home and hold your manhood cheap with the other fa ggots.

Can non citizens be detained if their immigration status is in question?
Yes, non-citizens can be detained if their immigration status is in question. ICE agents have the authority to question, detain, and arrest non-citizens suspected of immigration violations. However, non-citizens have constitutional protections, including the right to remain silent and refuse searches without a warrant. ICE cannot detain US citizens for immigration violations, but they can stop citizens if they have reasonable suspicion that the person is involved in criminal activity or is unlawfully present. Non-citizens, including lawful permanent residents, can be detained for immigration violations, but they retain Fourth and Fifth Amendment rights.

what proof is there of young women being murdered due to Trump's direct actions, to the level like under Biden?

86% of those detained have no criminal record. Approximately 95,000 undocumented immigrants live in Minnesota, with a high labor force participation rate contributing to the economy. These residents contribute over $200 million in annual state and local taxes, primarily through sales, property, and income taxes.

You are a perfect example of the effectiveness of leftist propaganda on the gullible and feeble minded people who live amongst us. The epitome of the term”useful idiot”.

When.... WHEN will you people quit harping that they "have no criminal record". They are breaking the law and continue to do so!
Again.... any of you care to let me know which laws I'm able to ignore with zero consequences? Anyone?

And are also paying lots of those taxes.. even if true and not more leftist fluff... with public assistance and handouts. Which illegals have a much higher rate of participation in.

I would like to see Trump stop playing games with this and actually get serious about illegal immigration.
Well spread the news to get you fellow goons out of their way and let them do their jobs. Funny.. I dont remember you shouting about doing something about illegal immigration when Biden was waving them in as fast as they could get in. All the while lying to you saying he couldnt stop the flow without congress.

Anger makes it hard to activate the thinking part of your brain and you’ve reached the point that you contradict yourself from one sentence to the next.
Your inability or unwillingness to give an honest take looks to me a sign of social insecurity at best or an attempt to use dishonesty to persuade people at worst… or you’re just slow.
I’m pulling for you.

quote:How convenient.
Minnesota ranks in the middle-to-lower tier of U.S. states regarding its total number of unauthorized immigrants, yet Trump sends the largest immigration enforcement operation in the agency's history to that location.
and it has the largest immigrant fraud exposed so far

The cost to educate a child in Minnesota is $18,500. Assuming a child of an illegal immigrant is a greater cost than the average (primarily because of language services), it would only take ~10,000 children of illegals to cancel out the $200,000,000 in taxes they are paying.
That’s before a single SNAP benefit gets paid. Before a single emergency room visit. Before they get emergency housing benefits from the state of Minnesota.

Why are you pretending to not play politics?
You’re framing this as a political issue when it’s a law enforcement issue. So you’re just as guilty at trying to make it political.

If Tampon Tim and Mayor Pansy would cocoperate with ICE and turn over the bad guys in their jails when they catch them and stop harboring illegals then you wouldnt have the situation we have now.
The street simians need to go home. They are the ones inflaming the mess not ICE.

Well then why even qualify your statement with “isn’t some huge violation of freedom?”
If someone is legally stopped and the found to be an illegal and given a summons to appear…not only is that not a “huge violation of freedom,” it’s perfectly concordant with law.
Don’t pull a hammy trying to backpedal though.

Of course you have no proof to support your flippant accusations.
Comparisons are required when your whole schtick is one sided.

Because Tx Tiger said that every person who was detained by ICE who didn’t have a criminal record was an example of violation of freedom.
If you’re not going to follow the argument, don’t jump in the middle of it and look like a fricking idiot.

Is Minnesota playing politics with the topic of illegal immigration?
Is Minneapolis?
Is Trump allowed to counter their politics with his?
