Are you not familiar with “locker room banter “ where people say all kinds of “racist” things? Do you honestly think that every single one of them is a bonafide through and through racist that detests and hates a specific or multiple races?
And then if you actually do believe all of that, then so the frick what? I swear, if Aliens were to watch an msm news block for a day, they would conclude that rape and murder were lower on the totem pole than *gasp* being a racist.

Did you read the excerpt? Do you have any inkling of what kind of liability this would open that police department up to? He deserved to be fired for stupidity if nothing else. To put all of that in electronic communication in this day and age take some sub 75 IQ.Thinking.

I agree that it’s a stupid thing to do, especially in this day of age. I’m sure you’re right about the liability angle also, but I guess my comment was more on the macro level.

True story......
I was in a relationship with an East Indian-American woman whose parents moved to the US from India and worked in healthcare. Good folks.
One weekend, a few of us white boys were having a beer at the hotel before the game and said cop comes by to visit. Someone brought up Parkland Hospital in Dallas and it was asked if Parkland was still a good hospital. His EXACT quote....
"No, man. It's nothing but sandn***ers over there. Sandn**ger doctors and sandn***er nurses. You can't find an American over there. It's nothing but sandn***ers."
Does that sound like 'locker room banter'? Am I supposed to laugh at that? Would you continue to associate with a person of that character?
