Self loathing aside, why do you want to lower standards / expectations?

I don’t care about your skin.

You want favoritism, privilege, protected class, unfair practices, predetermined outcomes.

I don’t.

Distrust means that you can’t be sure if someone is qualified.

That is totally different that stating that you suspect some is not.

Questioning whether or not someone is qualified for their job is different from suspecting that person is not qualified for their job?

Prove it how?

By barely passing a test that has been set to the lowest possible level of acceptability?

Yay?

Not gonna quote me, huh…

Your bias is to blame for that. You completely twisted an entire statement to conform to your world view.

Work on that. That’s unfair to people.

Mediocre white men are terrified of having to compete with minorities.

Ain’t no “us”.

Dude. I linked your post. You can read your own post saying you suspect every black candidate is unqualified because of DEI.

The lowered standard is the reason to question qualifications.

The person standing in front of you is irrelevant.

I question the qualifications of ALL new doctors as a result of these lower expectations.

Suspecting that they aren’t qualified implies that I have judged them personally, which I have not.

This about lowered expectations, and (potentially) bad future outcomes.

This is the man who thinks other people are unqualified for jobs because they have black and brown skin.

I’m good. I’m sure you can find a more qualified secretary. I’d hate for anyone to think I just got the job because I’m a woman.
