Question:With Taxing/Outlawing 10+ magazines currently part of Biden's Gun Control Plan.

Will manufacturers create and sell < 10 round magazines to make their firearm compliant? I know California and Colorado have current mag restriction laws.
And is the proposed cut off at 10 or anything over 10?

No worries, if they get the 10 round limit through and somehow make it stick... in a year or 2 they'll decide anything more than 5 is too dangerous.

I have a Colorado legal Glock that came with 2-10 round mags. Standard mags for this pistol is 13. I may accidentally have a gun that would be compliant. But if 10 rounds is the qualifier and not over 10, then this will be illegal as well. What a load of shite.

My mag my choice. If I choose to put 2 rounds in a 30 rd mag then that’s my right to make it a 2 rd mag.

During the entire run of the previous Clinton "Assault Weapons Ban" all the 10 round restriction did is make a bunch of 10 round mags that came with the guns from the factory that nobody used.
You could still buy High Capacity magazines the entire time because they were produced prior to the ban. Many were military/LE surplus.
Even if manufacturers ran out back then they could still sell the components to make them legally.
The previous AWB was one of the most useless pieces of legislation and had no real effect on private gun ownership. If they get another one just like it so they can claim a win that would be fine with me.
