Question from a very, apparently, stupid Canadian.

I have a question for those Americans of legal mind and qualification.
Knowing that in areas of politics, policing, legal/judicial, military and I believe even new immigrants during naturalization to become American all take the same Oath: "I do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same: that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion, and I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.". - Or something similar...
Now my question is why, when those within the aforementioned employment areas; specifically political, who have taken this Oath of Office only to immediately revert and work toward their intentionally undermining, molesting, perverting and destroying this same Oath and document (Country essentially) they've just sworn to uphold are never held accountable?
Why can't they be held to account under the areas of both sedition and treason when this is exactly what they intentionally engaging in? Especially knowing that is what their entire embraced Socialist/Communist or Globalist agenda demands?
I fail to understand why people like Nancy Pelosi, Gerry Nadler, Adam Schiff, Maxine Waters, "The Squad", Mitch McConnell, Chuck Schumer, the Clintons, Brennon, Clapper, Comey, Soros etc. etc. etc. are not being held to account when they're clearly acting within areas of both sedition and treason?
Open borders IS sedition and treason. And it is being done intentionally for above said means...which is why I fail to understand why none of these open borders politicians, their propagandists and/or their globalist backers are never indicted or held to account?
I'm of the belief that all of the aforementioned must be indicted, given fair trail with just outcome...namely being introduced to the Rosenbergs....

I believe the entirety of the Western World are in managed decay. Canada hasn't been Canadian in, at least, 3 decades. Canada progressed itself into a reality that is entirely anti, un and non-Canadian over the past 60 years though it seems that, within the past decade - especially today - America seems to have been pushed off a cliff..

Oh, I entirely realize this which makes this reality all the more offensive. We continually hear of "McCarthyism" and the utter rubbish that Alan Dershowitz spews regarding this Sen - who was right by the way - when these politicians deliberately get into office, as outlined by Whittaker Chambers within his book "Witness", to deliberately undermine their country and laws: Constitution. I could not have said it better myself. Western Declinism is the new Western Exceptionalism. Canada was kind of the canary in a coalmine, but I'd wager that America has now surpassed it through sheer decadence alone. Americans no longer mock Canada because we are even more pitiful. I am past the point of protest though, I'm actually rooting for societal collapse in the belief that only total collapse can bring about the reckoning that is needed. I will be watching from 15,000 miles away, somewhere in rural Isaan, not giving a single frick.

Because they are part of the corruption. If you've followed it closely enough, you can't from main stream media reports, you will find that not only did they "not find anything wrong" they were complicit in a coverup. They also went after and threatened the people who were pointing out the wrong doing.

You used to be not be able to be dual citizens and be in the government. The dual citizens that are often heavy in banking and other internationalist affairs got that changed. Once you get dual citizens in the government it is not even hidden that this stuff would go on. There's a lot of dual citizens in government, even the supreme court. That's not counting the jesuit trained catholics that might as well as be considered globalists trained themselves.

Is it possible for private citizens to sue politicians, or take criminal politicians to court, for their nefarious doings plus hold them accountable for their blatant and agenda driven lies?
Seems to me that there's a license to lie, cheat and steal if you're a crooked politician - and those behind them...

The people with the legal authority to hold them accountable- DOJ, judges, etc - are part of the anti-American cabal. They will never go against their own.
The only course of action is for the populace to hold them accountable, but most people are not interested in fighting corruption since it might interfere with their amazon deliveries and disney+ subscriptions.
