I finding it truly bizarre that I now live in a world where the leader of Russia is closer to my traditional American values than the leadership of my own country.

Yall keep vilifying Russia. Yes the are communist, which I dislike, but the left are too. I find it very interesting that Russia is always the villain yet the left also wants their form of gov't here.

I grew up during the Cold War, so it feels very strange having more respect for the Russian leadership than those who purportedly lead my own country.

I was reading last night that if you give a boy hormone blockers to stop puberty, his penis won’t grow big enough to create enough sensitive tissue to do a vaginoplasty, which is basically just inverting the penis. So doctors take a piece of skin from the abdomen, or even the colon, to finish it out. This leaves the person unable to enjoy sex for their entire lives. Most will never orgasm. Not even once. How could a child possibly provide informed consent for such a thing?

I grew up in the 80’s and knew the Russians were wrong and the US was right.
Here we are in the 2020’s and I know the President is wrong and the Russians are right.
