Biden is a national embarrassment and Putin is going to rub it in the world's face. frick every one of Biden's 30 million voters and the cocksuckers that stole the election.

That's an easy thing to do when you have no clue what's going on around you anyway. I'm guessing the only things he's not really "ignoring" are the few things he's explicitly being told to say on occasion and even then, I'd be shocked if he has any comprehension of half of it.
