I must be blessed with a good immune system. I never get a flu shot and when I get the flu - or what I assume is the flu - I just have a slight fever that acetaminophen takes care of. I basically go on about my business. I used to be an avid weightlifter and runner but I’ve been too far removed from that lifestyle to really give credit to it.
