Overall, Trump is doing the right things. I don't regret my vote at all. Even if Trump had just played Tic-Tac-Toe in the Oval Office all day, he'd be a better President than Kamala. But he's really done a lot of good things. Hell, I'd have a statue built of him just because he's slashed the DoE and focused on deporting illegal aliens.
Yes, the war in Iran is not popular, but big picture it will probably be a boon for US trade and dominance in the energy sector. It will definitely cost his legacy in the short term, because people aren't able to see the forest for the trees.
As for the economy. We've been fleeced by the globalists for so long we had gotten used to it. Now that the shoe is on the other foot, a lot of attention is being paid to inflation. Correlation does not equal causation. Tariffs and other economic pressure is not the reason for inflation. It's much more complicated than that. The effects of Covid policy caused a massive shift in wealth to the top. (Things were already headed in that direction, but Covid jumped things ahead by decades.) Pulling money out of the system is the surest way to drive prices down, but no one is comfortable doing that. There is another way, but it requires conquest. Something a lot of people are also uncomfortable with.
