Golf carts aren't legal. Mostly it's UTV's/sidebysides with some ATV's running around. Have to have tags but don't need a drivers license.

cops should just give them a ride the rest of the way.

I really wanted to sympathize with the dude. But, when someone is breaking the law, running from the law pursuing him, and assassinates himself; while his friends and family are calling it racism, is just a bit too much. Not that I didn't do some crazy s#it when I was young. But you have to be ready to accept the consequences.

Not only that, but you should not be able to charge someone with a crime and put them in jail if it breaks up their families.
