He was wearing a flak jacket and had extra magazines..he was not therefir a church service or as an innocent bystander. He also didn't get a broken rib last week by sneezing too hard. I am sure the authorities have his treatment records by now...

He came looking to settle a score I guess.
I can sure as shite bet this guy was outspoken about his beliefs while on duty at the VA. Maybe he should have put more time into his career instead of getting tuned up by ICE agents.
Showing up with a loaded weapon, plate carrier and high capacity magazine, I think we can deduce what he planned.

It's dangerous to NOT tell a federal agent that you have a weapon on you when confronted. You are the type to only watch CNN and other sanctuary city loving networks. Deserve has noting to do with it. People don't deserve a lot of the things that befell them. Many circumstances are beyond our control. Most grown adults learn to minimize the risks by not putting themselves in precarious situations. That means making conscious decisions that I'd rather sit at home on the couch today and binge watch Netflix vs strapping up, throwing on some tactical gear and playing a game of chicken with law enforcement. So deserving it or not is irrelevant. It takes fractions of a second for shite to go sideways and lose your life.

Not how that works. If the cops removed the gun there’s no weapon… if the officer doesn’t see the weapon and fires thinking “he may have one so shoot first” that’s murder. I look forward to hearing the justification and how it fits into the policies of ICE and DHS. We did these scenarios (shoot/don’t shoot) just about everyday when we weren’t deployed. I don’t care the stance on deportations or trump good or bad…. It’s simply what is the policy and did they follow it. If not there should be a trial.
