I've written about it since then. The most recent time was on the, now erased, election board. The title was, "time to revisit the Stafford Act" or something to that effect.

Remember the Washington insiders back when the internet was invented? There were a few. When it was shown to be a hoax people moved on. They never became arrogant & enlightened.
We have one now that has a great awakening; it is like a new age cult. I predict it will never go away. They will be saying the storm is coming when Trump is in Palm Beach. I felt badly for them but I don't anymore.

Yeah, there was one called “THE ULSTERMAN REPORT” that had all kind of crazy Obama stuff and what was going to happen in the future. Of course it never did. The Q stuff is just a way advanced version of the same. Completely undeciferable but allows people to invent their own facts and start tying things together.
