I think North Korea is going to ask for a lot of money for peace,like Iran got from Obama. Like 500 billion or so. Trump will not act like Obama, so, peace may not be that close.

S Korea can foot the bill, if the NK wants to disarm and negotiate a peace, SKorea has deep pockets, they are the ones that are going to bare the burden of reconciliation.

Kim Jong il loved America's culture and Hollywood. He had a gigantic American movie collection. I always thought it was silly when people thought he wanted to nuke Los Angeles. It wouldn't surprise me if some of that rubbed off on his son.
Kim Jong un clearly loves America's celebrity culture with how much he loves Dennis Rodman. He loves the NBA. Trump was part of that celebrity culture before he became President. Un probably admired Trump.

This is a good point. There could be some wrangling. But there could be lots of contracts available for companies to help in a north Korea that is decades behind in infrastructure, technology... And hell basic nesscity's like food, medcial, energy. Maybe payments will be made in other ways.
