Who knew the Constitution said that the president can't exercise any executive authority without total unanimity from low-level district court justices? This is the same Constitution that allows the government to shut down your business because a case of the sniffles is going around.

Can we talk about the president not being sure of his oath?
Tell me you are a Democrat without telling me you are a Democrat

This kinda shite is turning me off this board.

Activist judges are definitely not upholding the Constitution which means the SC has to step in to clarify what we already know.
The executive branch and judicial branch are on a collision course. Biden started it with the student loan nonsense. Trump needs to force the issue for the sake of our next 100 years.

Rules, and yes explicitly in the constitution it is spelled out that they are the final arbiters of law. Whcih even the President must comply with their rulings.
What kind of retarded **** are you?

They’re people that think he’s stupid. You can bet your arse he’s planning something.
He knew this shite was gonna happen and all these judges judges even the Supreme Court are soon gonna have their shite pushed in

You absolutely voted for Biden otherwise you wouldn’t be complaining; another concerned “conservative” lol
Posted on 5/4/25 at 1:29 pm to ole man
So you think Trump is planning to overthrow the entirety of the US government and that destroying our constitution is fine?
My dude, yes he knew this shite was going to happen, because the constitution specifically empowers the court to do this shite. The only way around it is treason.

Sure thing Steven, if I were you I would leave the country because it’s fixing to be a dictatorship and they will probably start shipping homosexuals to concentration camps. It won’t be safe for you any longer

Though none of that changes the fact that you're arguing for the president to take hostile action against the supreme court. There is no way for him to do that without committing treason.

The Executive Branch and DOJ are subject to and bound by rulings by SCOTUS. There is no serious debate on that issue. We can follow the decisions after Marbury vs. Madison, and it becomes clear. The Court interprets the law and issues rulings to enforce it. The Court doesn’t need its own army unless an administration actually decides to effectively end the Republic…

Newsflash...
The Supreme Court is not the only branch of government that determines what is, and isn't, constitutional.
And, before you Marbury v. Madison, read the actual fricking document.

then vote for democrats in the midterms jethrine because only congress has the power and the means to reign in a president through impeachment the supreme court does not have the power or the means. with out the majority impeachment is a practical impossibility.

At least he addressed it even if it was to make the leftist scream, you just can’t see how he continues on trolling the left. Biden’s administration didn’t even care about enforcing the laws

Who cares?
His entire job is in service to the constitution.
It’s the one thing you can’t get around. The president thinking he can negotiate around the constitution is exactly the problem. It’s his whole job.
What he absolutely can do is interpret the constitution in whatever way he thinks is appropriate. Then, if someone disagrees and wants to file suit, they are free to do that. If it makes it to SCOTUS, they decide. And he shouldn't fear that, since thankfully he altered the balance of power in his favor. Presidents have doen that forever.

It baffles how many people don’t know the definition of treason.

There are some Constitutional article 2 powers that the courts have no jurisdiction over whatsoever.
Some of these judges are simply acting beyond their authority.

The DOJ works on behalf of the people, not just President Trump.

I think he should uphold the Constitution as much as the Biden administration did.
