Federal employees have dedicated their careers to serving the American people — and they are worthy of the utmost dignity and respect. Today, I took action to improve the wages, benefits, and bargaining rights of federal workers and contractors.

We need a translation for this ^^^^ BS........

"Federal employees are a reliable Dim voting block and they must be rewarded for their dedication to the Swamp."

Government employees are the most entitled, most incompetent I’ve seen. It’s what happens when you get a job that can never be taken from you, no matter how bad you are at it.

Too bad the National Guard members weren't worthy of equal respect.

Take the U.S.Post Office as a typical governmental job.And multiply it times a 100 +. Think of how efficient that agency is. And multiply that efficiency times 100 + . HUD is horrendous. As is the EPA. As is the Dept. of Agriculture. The IRS ? No one knows how bad it is, it's beyond description. It is not an exaggeration the Govt. jobs are infested with liberals & Democrats. No Social Security deductions every 2 weeks. Their health plan is Class A.

She lost her job in 2014. Who was the head of the PO then?

My brother (who voted Trump) works for the feds.

He makes a lot already for not doing much.

Not saying he shouldn’t get a raise, but don’t think it’s really necessary

<----

Also a fed employee that happens to work his arse off, but this is laughable.

Not only will the people like me never see any benefit from this, but those Fed employees that deserve it the least WILL.

He should have went after the deep state from the very beginning while he had the chance and should have not hired deep state politicians in his four years. It cost him the election and eventually the presidency.

Currently have a mix of 11-13s, 50+ report to me through a handful of 13-14 supervisors.

About 6 or 7 total are hard workers. Half are getting away with doing minimum and should be getting paid 7 money for their shite attitude. Everyone else only operates slightly above minimum, occilating from doing little to doing one good thing a quarter after someone asks for a status.

There are 12s and 13 non-sups that severely lack basic skills. Like a project manager not knowing where projects are at, supervisors afraid to task and track their people, inability to setup a fricking meeting to execute a core competency task listed in their PD. So many daily fires resulting from decades of misplaced funds and bureaucratic nightmare processes and data calls its often hard to stop and coach from the top. Its difficult to formally reprimand with HR being largely comprised of certain people; nearly impossible to fire when you have to constantly document, constantly directly task like talking to a child, over and over, getting things cleared through multiple entities and govt fearing lawsuit.

Job training is largely left to OJT and any formal job training is check in the box garbage taught by more people who dont know what theyre doing. Lots of SOPs not documented or every similar mission entity unnecessarily figuring out how they are going to do it locally because region and DC offices are full of lazy fricks. Tons of mandatory EEO type training now that takes up days per month. No money for tech refreshes, constant data calls, contractors milking us dry and winning in DC courts thanks to Congress' lovely gigantic FAR, a problem-riddled esystem created for every thought or idea in some executives head and they try to code tie them to 5-6 legacy systems with server pushes instead of replacing them with one solution, causing a million end-user workarounds and confusion.

And hiring boards are skewed to hire/promote internal, unless someone like me says DHA lets get some fresh blood, which is rare, I get fought on it or HR makes the prerequisites difficult, and hard to get buy in.

For 70% of the people in FedGov, theyd be fired in corporate America within a month and lucky to be a walmart greeter if they were booted. Not kidding, I dont fricking know what some of these people outside of my shop do when they login the computer daily. Like, im not sure they do more than 1 thing a day, some retired mil who will double collect off of taxpayers. Giant fricking welfare system.

This is the LAST THING a hard charging supervisor trying to make a difference needed. Just shoring up partisan loyalty these sacks of shite.
