The top 1% of earners in this country pay nearly 50% of tax revenue.
Most Dems have no idea they pay that much and are shocked to find that out.
So what percentage of the Govt’s tax revenue should be paid by the 1%? Let’s end this “fair share” bullshite and ambiguity once and for all and establish exactly how much Dems want the wealthy to pay.

Not only do high earners (not talking about legacy wealth here) get screwed out of write offs and deductions, they get taxed at high rates and are labeled as evil by the very people they pay to run the country.
