Maduro should quietly leave and fly to Havana. If he stands against the people much longer the chances of him living through a government change get smaller and smaller.

The only way they're going to get Maduro out is if the military turns against him...they have the guns, the people, unfortunately, only have signs. Frankly, I can't believe someone in his government has disposed of him, yet.

Any idea if there are enough people in the army to turn on Maduro? Because that's the only way they can be successful, otherwise I pity them because they are going to get slaughtered.

Yeah, they're pretty much screwed. The only change they can hope for is a military dictatorship. The only way he gets overthrown is through the military and it's not like they are going to cede power back to the people.
My guess is that this march will end with our own media telling us that "this is a positive sign that Maduro is liberalizing his policies and letting people march without government intervention. Such a brave leader."

It seems they recently killed off the military defectors, so it would appear that the military backs Maduro, at least at surface level. Hard to know the truth here though.
