Dude, what planet are you from? Uranus? His PQR is on an historically steady trend of 6.2%, and keep in mind that’s on a scale of 0 to 6.2%, 0 being bad and 6.2 very good.

Yeah I wouldn’t say drunk is the best way to interpret it. Out of curiosity, do you go back from a post to which you’re about to reply, to the thing that that poster replied? To get a grasp of the context in which the second post was made? Clearly not. I’d recommend it.
