Not exactly. For the overwhelming majority of fent users, they’re not trying to consume fent or even know they’re consuming fent. They’re trying to get prescription opioid pills for pain relief, cocaine, or heroin. Fent is being mixed in as a cheaper option that allows dealers to increase potency in smaller quantities (federal drug sentencing guidelines are based on volume of drugs seized, not potency).
The overwhelming majority of people who OD on fent didn’t know they were taking fent, didn’t ask for fent, and got fent.

No. This is true for the overwhelming majority of people who OVERDOSE on fent. There are plenty of every day users of fent who seek it out.

Also no. Yes people get tainted drugs and OD for sure, but I wouldn’t say that is the majority by any stretch. I’ve known plenty who have died from it and almost all were due to relapse and not taking their tolerance into account. The others just did too big of a shot and had some good stuff. All knew wtf they were taking

It's actually mass. Also, if you're trying to keep your mass low, mixing fentanyl into something else does the complete opposite.

What an idiot. How can you lable a legal drug that is commonly used in anesthesia protocols and pain management as a WMD? I will wager that pumpkin head did not know that it is used currenlty in modern medicine.
